3. Scope#

The services are intended for business users managing road-freight procurement, execution and documentation.

4. Cargaris role#

Cargaris provides software, marketplace functionality and coordination tools. It does not itself perform transport or process freight payments.

Cargaris may verify email, company information and documents and may reject, suspend or request more information.

7. Load publication#

Shippers must publish accurate load details and must not publish unlawful, misleading or sanctions-related loads.

8. Capacity publication#

Carriers must publish accurate vehicle, route, capacity and certification information.

9. Auctions and proposals#

Marketplace workflows support public/private auctions, direct proposals, bid updates, deadlines and audit records. Binding effect depends on the companies' legal and commercial agreement.

14. No freight commission#

Cargaris does not charge a percentage commission on freight value under the current model. Freight invoices and payments remain between companies.

16. Intellectual property#

Cargaris retains platform rights. Companies retain their content and grant a limited licence needed to operate the services.
